About the Owners
Steve Zalucha, a 29 year old from Dexter Michigan, he grew up on a farm raising llamas and chickens. He actively participated in 4-H as a young man with his family. He currently works for North Star Steal as a metallurgist engineer with an MBA. Farm life has suites him as he loves hands on work and using his engineering degree to develop and fix problem that keep this farm running seamlessly.
Sarah Zalucha, 33 years old, is a native of Ottawa Lake Michigan. Her family home is just a stones throw away from Dobbin farms. She fell in love with this farm as a little girl, riding past it on the bus. Sarah has been active in horses since she was 11 years old. She currently works as a Registered Nurse at Toledo Hospital Emergency Center.
When the opportunity arouse to buy this enchanting property the two could not resist. The idea and goal of the farm is to provide a relaxing environment for people to enjoy and expand their practice as they wish with their companion. So whether you like to trail ride, practice dressage, hunter/jumper, or even cross country (coming soon), Dobbin is the place for you.
Public lessons are not offered at Dobbin, but it is open for private boarders and trainer friendly. Clinics of all kinds and cross county will be held at the facility. Keep a look out to attend event scheduled on our website.
